Acceptance of Terms

By using Pill Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Pill Tracker is a medication-reminder application. It lets you record your medications, doses, and schedules; receive local reminder notifications; confirm doses with one tap; and optionally add an extra confirmation step and a too-soon lockout for high-risk medications. All of your medication data is stored locally on your device — there is no account and no cloud sync.

Pill Tracker is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. How advertising data, including your device Advertising ID, is collected and used is described in our Privacy Policy.

Not Medical Advice

Pill Tracker is a reminder aid, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

The high-risk confirmation step and too-soon lockout are convenience aids designed to help reduce accidental double-doses; they are not a guarantee against dosing errors and must not be relied on as a safety-critical control. Always verify your doses independently.

Reminder Reliability

Reminder notifications are scheduled through your device's operating system. Their delivery depends on your device settings, battery-optimization and Do-Not-Disturb configuration, and the operating system, all of which are outside our control. Do not rely on Pill Tracker as the sole means of remembering a medically critical dose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pill Tracker. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create in Pill Tracker. Because your medication data never leaves your device, you are responsible for backing it up; uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently removes it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pill Tracker for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pill Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app or its reminder notifications will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or delivered by your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPV Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from a missed, late, or duplicated dose, arising from your use of Pill Tracker. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app, which is zero.

Termination

You may stop using Pill Tracker at any time and delete all of your data by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
