These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NutriScan mobile application operated by PPV Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using NutriScan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
NutriScan is a nutrition analysis application that uses AI-powered image recognition to analyze nutrition labels and food items. The app provides nutritional insights, ingredient analysis, and health recommendations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a NutriScan account.
Your Content
You retain ownership of images you capture using NutriScan. By using the app, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your images to provide the Service and for research purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.
Data Usage and Research
By using NutriScan, you acknowledge and agree that aggregated, anonymized data derived from your usage may be shared with third parties for research, industry improvement, and commercial purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy Disclaimer
NutriScan uses AI to analyze nutritional content. While we strive for accuracy, nutritional analysis results are estimates and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary advice. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on NutriScan results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NutriScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional analyses will be completely accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPV Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of NutriScan. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using NutriScan at any time and delete your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
