These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lull mobile application operated by PPV Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Lull, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Lull is a sleep sounds mixer application that allows you to blend ambient sounds such as rain, wind, ocean, and white noise to create a personalized sleep soundtrack. All sounds are bundled within the app.

No Account Required

Lull does not require you to create an account. All features are available without sign-in or registration.

Advertising

Lull displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. You may watch rewarded ads to unlock additional features.

Intellectual Property

All sounds, designs, and content within Lull are owned by PPV Enterprise LLC. You may use them only through the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lull is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Lull is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice regarding sleep disorders.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPV Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Lull.

Termination

You may stop using Lull at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
