Lull Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

PPV Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Lull mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Lull is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

  • Crash reports and stack traces (via Google Firebase Crashlytics) to diagnose app crashes
  • Anonymous usage events (via Google Firebase Analytics) — e.g., which sound categories are tapped, when a sound is played, sleep timer usage. No personal data, no listening content
  • Internal error reports for non-crash failures (e.g., a saved mix could not be restored), retained on our servers for 30 days
  • Advertising identifiers (collected by Google AdMob for serving ads)

Lull does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

  • Diagnose crashes and errors to improve app reliability
  • Understand which features are used so we can improve them (e.g., which sounds are popular)
  • Serve advertisements through Google AdMob

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Lull uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Crashlytics collects crash stack traces, device model, OS version, and a randomized installation ID. See: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage analytics. Analytics collects event names (e.g., sound_played), aggregate device/region demographics, and a randomized installation ID. See: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Google AdMob for advertising. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data Storage & Security

Sound files and user preferences are stored locally on your device. Crash reports and anonymous analytics events are transmitted securely to Google Firebase and managed under Google’s privacy and retention policies. Internal error reports for non-crash failures are transmitted to our servers and automatically deleted after 30 days. Ad-related data (device identifiers, ad interaction data) is collected and managed by Google according to their privacy policies.

Data Retention

Internal error reports on our servers are automatically deleted after 30 days. Crash reports and analytics events are retained per Google Firebase’s default retention (typically 90 days for crash data, configurable up to 14 months for analytics). Local preferences (sound mixes, timer settings) are stored on your device only and persist until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

  • Local app data: Go to your device Settings > Apps > Lull > Clear Data, or simply uninstall the app
  • Internal error reports: Automatically deleted after 30 days. To request immediate deletion, email hello@ppv.digital with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  • Firebase analytics & crash data: Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings to disconnect future events from prior history. To request deletion of historical Firebase data tied to your installation, email hello@ppv.digital

Lull does not require an account and does not collect personal identifiers, so there is no account to delete.

No Account Required

Lull does not require you to create an account or sign in. All app functionality is available without providing any personal information.

Children's Privacy

Lull is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app displays advertisements which are managed by Google AdMob and comply with applicable regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
  • Clear local app data by uninstalling the app or going to Settings > Apps > Lull > Clear Data
  • Request deletion of crash reports by emailing hello@ppv.digital

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
