Co-parent Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PPV Enterprises LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), which operates Co-parent.

Agreement

By signing in to Co-parent or using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Co-parent Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Co-parent.

Who Can Use Co-parent

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to use Co-parent.

What Co-parent Is

Co-parent is a shared record that its members keep together: shared costs (who paid and who owes), to-dos, and who has which shared thing.

Co-parent does not give legal or financial advice. No money moves through Co-parent: a payment in Co-parent is a note that one member paid another.

The records in Co-parent are what the members typed and approved; we do not check them, and we do not promise that anyone else will accept them.

A balance shows what the members recorded, not what anyone owes under the law.

Your Content

You keep ownership of what you add to Co-parent. You give PPV Enterprises LLC a limited license to store, copy, process, show and send what you add, only to run Co-parent: for example, to show it to the other members of a list or thing, and to send it to an AI assistant that a member connects. After you delete your account, the license continues only for what the Co-parent Privacy Policy says we keep, such as the money lines that stay for the other members.

Acceptable Use

Use Co-parent for its purpose, and treat the other members with respect. Do not:

  • harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone
  • add someone to a list or thing to harass them, or to send them messages they do not want
  • post anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that exploits or endangers a child
  • post another person's private information to embarrass or hurt them
  • pretend to be someone else
  • try to get into another person's account, or to break or overload Co-parent
  • send spam or advertising

Shared Content

Do not post threats, harassment, spam or other people's private information.

Anyone can report a comment, expense, payment, receipt, to-do, thing, list, photo or person in the app.

We read every report, and we may hide content, reset a name, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Blocking someone hides their comments and stops their invites and notifications to you, and they stay on your shared lists.

Reporting a Problem

To report a person, or content that breaks these terms, email hello@ppv.digital. Say which list, thing, expense or to-do it is about, and what happened. We review every report.

If someone is in danger, call 911 first.

What We Can Do

If someone breaks these terms, or to keep someone safe, we can hide content, reset names or suspend accounts.

Provided As Is

Co-parent is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that Co-parent will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, PPV Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, that come from your use of Co-parent. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Co-parent is limited to the amount you paid us for Co-parent in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
